Brazzaville, the capital of the Republic of Congo, there is a special
society that exists. One that uses the art of fashion and style as a
means to happiness and forgetting the Civil War that almost tore the
Congo apart.
The ‘Sapeurs’ of Congo are a society of
elegant persons, a close knit group of men who believe in defying
circumstances and living with Joie De Vive (The Joy of Living).
